We offer postings, bulletin boards, blogs, or interactive areas where Members may post comments or information for our visitors and Members search, review and enjoyment. If there is a posting, bulletin board, blog, or other interactive areas where personal information may be posted at this site, be sure to check our Terms of Service
conditions. As you know, anything you post online is available for the world to see. We make no representations and undertake no obligations as to information you voluntarily post but they are all subject to our Terms of Service.
Other Vibe Village members will be able to see what ratings and reviews you’ve submitted, your comments and other information submitted on the bulletin board and other interactive areas. If you choose to disclose personal information through these avenues, it will be available for others to see. We recommend that you exercise caution before disclosing any personal information in these forums. Where you submit personal information in this way and in this form, you consent to its publication as Vibe Village deems reasonably appropriate.
Unless you choose the anonymity option, the username that you choose, your suburb and your photo (if you choose to provide one) will be shown on the Vibe Village website.
If you subsequently change your username, this will be changed on all your past and subsequent ratings, reviews and comments.
If you send an email to another Vibe Village member through Website, your email address will not be provided to the recipient. A separate email will be sent to the recipient’s email account providing them with a link to the email you sent through the Vibe Village website. The contents of that email will be stored in your profile and be included as part of your personal information.
You should be aware that we will have access to your email address and the contents of that email for any emails you send through us to another Vibe Village member or to us through the Contact Us function.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your account information, including your email address, is accessible online only through the use of a username and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your username and password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you believe your username and password has been misused. When purchasing from Vibe Village your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.
