I think the mums and dad program is a great idea but there are a few grandparents that would like to join this one as they have their granchildren in their care full time and during the day whilst their parents are at work im sure we would like to join this one as well but dont know if we can .

I turned 41 last week and have decided to get fit, lose weight and be healthier!
