| | We have an LG telly which is about 6 years old, no probs with that, but we bought a DVD/VHS combo and it died after 18 months so I wasn't very impressed with that. I won't buy another LG product as their customer service absolutely sucks. | | | |

| | I love LG products, they are affordable yet just as stylish as any of the top brands. We have an LG cordless phone here at work, it's over 5yrs old and I love it! It's still going strong and I hope it continues to do so because LG don't make cordless phones anymore :( In the last 3years I have purchased many cordless phones and I have to keep replacing them. They're not as tough as the LG, the keypads wear out too fast, the reception on them is dodgy. | | | |

| | I have a busted LG Dvd/VCR player in the Shed. The DVD player started not registering that a DVD was in it, and then one day we lost all our tv channels that were programmed into it. My Boss has had to replace his battery in his LG Phone & my boss's son was in Telstra getting a new phone & said that 3 people were in the store having problems with their LG phones. | | | |

| I've just sent our lg plasma back to get fixed for the SECOND time and it's not even 3 years old.
First the screen needed replacing after about 18 minths, now we have to get it fixed again as the sound has gone and it asks for setup to be done when you turn it on.
I bought it for my husband for his 40th birthday and thank god I got the extended warranty. FIRST AND LAST TIME FOR LG PRODUCTS FOR ME. | | | |

| i bought a $2700 fridge from lg with ice and water etc and did so during their grocery give away promotion and found them to be great but i have since had it replaced due to shelves cracking . My main annoyance is the constant wiping away of rust marks from leaks in the water dispenser.

| | I have an LG dishwasher which has had to have the pump replaced not twice, but three times - luckily under warranty - but I dare say it will go again as soon as the warranty runs out too. | | | |

| | We have never had a problem with our LG TVs exept one remote died after about 7 yrs, though one LG remote usually works on everything. The VCR remote also controls the TV in the kids room. | | | |

| | I couldn't agree more about LG. I got an LG chocolat phone a while back and the alarm broke on the second day. I took it to my vodaphone store who replaced the handset. The second handset the alarm broke again after 7 days and the buttons stopped working. LG refused to replace the phone and I was told at the Vodaphone store that they have so many LG phones returned and for next time, steer clear of them. I have since gotten a Nokia and then a Samsung phone which I have had no problems with. I would definately not recommend and LG phone to anyone! | | | |

| i've have several older LG products ( tv, washing machine, video fridge) & plus years old and haven't had any major problems with them. my washing machine has had the pump replaced due to sand from the kids and my husbands job and is used daily and still going strong. yes our fridge has a brocken shelf but that was due to too many heavy things being put on it but other wise fine but i would have to say the best product is the tv we've never had any problems with it even whne my son pulled it off the stand and it dropped from over a meter with a big bang the only thing wrong with it is the broken plastic in the top corner where it took the brunt of the fall. however i have had friends who have had problems with LG before but with there newer products maybe in recent year LG have dropped there game ans now no longer produce decent products. | | | |

| | nickit? That could be possible. They just dont make things like they use too. I have heard so many bad things about LG products of late - even the phones! Now when I go out to purchase whitegoods or electronics - I dont even look at LG products. . . . So it is true - products sell by 'word-of-mouth'. And so far the 'word-of-mouth' testaments are not looking good for LG. | | | |

| | ummmm LG Lifes Good, yeah right, our LG TV has been back 3 times in its first 6 months of purchase, the suround sound has been back once and the vcr/dvd we have given up on. LG customer service is null en void, wont buy or recommend LG again. | | | |
