My mother in law bought a Target safty gate at a lawn sale for $5. She gave it to me but when trying to install it, I noticed that it was missing the cups to drill into the wall. MIL rang Target to try and find where we could purchase the cups & also some fitting instructions.

MIL rang Target & was able to email the distributors in Melbourne. She received a hone call the very next day and a parcel arrived for me the very next week containing the missing pieces.......AT NO CHARGE!!!!

The parcel was quite heavy as it also contained spare metal parts so it must have also cost a bit in postage!

They sent all those parts free of charge, even though the product was bought at a lawn sale.

That's great! Now that you have shared your good experience, it should hopefully create more sales for them.

Hi I have the same problem with the baby club baby gates, I have two sets of gates, one of them brand new, and can't find the lugs that attach the gates to the wall.
Mt problem is that Target is unable to provide me with contact details of the distributor, any chance your MIL still has the email address?
Thanks...
