We recently purchased the squeeze bottle of Rosella tomato sauce that now comes in a clear bottle. It used to come in a red bottle but since it changed bottles, Rosella have also unknowlingly changed the recipe and it says on the bottle 'original recipe'. We tried it and we honestly thought they had put BBQ sauce in the wrong bottle so we called them to let them know and the CS advised me they have changed BACK to the original recipe after following a sort-of ketchup recipe for many years and making sure they use as much Aussie produce and manufacturing as possible. Thats fine but it was really very different and they admitted it would look and taste different and sent me out a small gift voucher to compensate us.
Just thought everyone should know if they have the same issue. Apparently the glass bottle tomato sauce is staying the same. CS was really nice about it and it hasn't put me off Rosella but just goes to show you need to follow your instinct on something!
