I won a comp online and the prize was a nads pack valued at $20 but when it arrived the applicator wasn't in the pack so I counldn't try it so I rang and told them how great the prize was but it was missing and the purfume sample had leeked through the pack. Tasha said shed replace the applicator for me. well today in the mail I got another full pack from them. Thanks Nads great service.
