I had bought a chocolate and there was a piece of nut shell in it that cut my mouth, so I sent Cadbury an email telling them. A company rep rang me the next day and then sent a prepaid envelope for me to send nut shell and wrapper back to be checked. (guess they have to make sure I'm not lying.) Within a week they sent me back a letter saying it was nutshell and also a box with Blocks of Chocolate, box of Roses chocs and other things. Great service. Thanks Cadbury

I had a similar experience. I was eating Sanitariums Weet bix. There was actually a little stone in one, which we sent off in a letter. Not long after a rather large box of Sanitarium goodies were delivered to our door. This is going back quite a few good years, don't know if the service there is still the same.
We also had bought one Paddle Pop which wasn't quite up to standard, my husband rang to complain, and we then recieved a five dollar cheque!

Had a similar experience at Hog's Breath. One of the kid's burgers was nearly burned. We mentioned it to the waiter and got our entire meal for free.

I is in their best interest to keep consumers happy. With examples like this, it is easy to see which companies actually care about their consumers.

I had great help from cadbury as well. I recently brought 2 freddo crunchie frogs from our local shop. Gave them to my kids as a treat when I got home only to have a veery upset child because one side of her frog was missing. It must have been cut of by the packing machine so I contacted the customer service line and they appoliguises and offered to send my a reimbersment for it. a couple of days later I got a $5 wish card from them. I was very happy as I only paid 85 cents for the frog.
