Hi want to thank vibe village for clearing up an email i recieved and thank them for the professinal manner in which they did it. It has reinsilled my faith in vibe village as a program and i have told all my friends about it now.

Hi. Thanks for your comments. We are sorry that we have had a few technical problems in the last few days resulting in dissappointments and frustations from some users. We have them fixed now. So thanks once again for hanging in there with us :)

On that matter, they said that they were going to fix my account so it said i had been accepted to the sunbeam hair dryer and it has not happened yet. I hope they do as they said. This is a great site and great staff

I must say the vibe staff do seem to answer questions very quickly here l have been on other forums and you are lucky to even get a reply. Well done Vibe village staff.

I will add that I was very pleased with the prompt reply regarding a question via the contact us on Vibe Village. Recieved email with answer very quickly. Great Customer Service Indeed! Much Thanks.

I was frustrated with the issues but the communication was great. It was definately a positive experience and I was sooooooo happy to be able to use the website properly. Thanks to the team at Vib Village.

Hi, I wanted to say a big thank you to William and all the Vibe staff for all their help and assistance with my disappointing defrosted McCain delivery issue. Your immediate action and replies to my emails were fast and professional. Also thanks for the Sunbeam acceptance, its a great hair dryer... love it! Regards Sue.

The Vibe staff are fantastic, they dealt with my emails very quickly and when l rang to see what was going on Nadie was already working on it after recieving my email. thanks guys!

I too must give the Vibe staff a huge thumbs up. I had trouble with adding guests for my Masterfoods party. Then it said I had resigned from the party! Roger at Vibe was fantastic, and fixed it all up for me. That was my first party for vibe, so I was a little disallusioned about Vibe at first, but now, I just love Vibe. The staff really make you feel like a "person", and not a number like so many do now. Vibe is great. I have joined 2 other people, and 2 others were going to buy the Sunbeam hairdryer. I think thats "cool".

I agree! Whenever I've had a question or issue and emailed Vibe, I too have been impressed with the prompt response. Roger has been wonderful in responding to and helping out with the concerns/questions I had. Thanks Roger and Vibe staff.

Hey Bana, I have absolutely got to agree, Roger is a champion! Ive dealt with him heaps but there are a few others too, like William and Nadine who are also super helpful. Each email Ive sent has had such a prompt and friendly, as well as helpful reply! Imagine feeling like a valued customer. Just doesnt happen much these days.

I must say its wonderfull to have such a committed team of people who work at vibe village, the response time on emails is fantastic compaired with other sites. Roger was fantastic with the help he gave to me, so thanks again vibe village.

I must say I like to see the feedback on our reports by the staff. It lets us know whether we are on the right track with our spreading the word, and I guess any improvements we could make.

Like purplelion, I also am happy with the feedback I have been getting from my reports. I was not expecting these comments at all, but it helps us to keep going on spreading the vibe and filling in those reports.

Sorry - I have to disagree with all the positivity re vibe staff.... I hosted one of the BBQ parties recently, and my marinade pack didnt arrive in time. I posted requests for info on the Parties Forum, but no response. To this day, still no response as to what happened. Looking at some of the posts, it seems that the Party forums are not well responded to. I wasnt the only one it happened to.

And the great news was that Redkite received $1495.00 because of everyone that told Vibe Village how they found Aquim. That provides financial assistance to one family for 12 months as they go through their childhood cancer journey.
