I joined LIMBO, a reverse auction website and the customer service is excellent. Every time I have a question or just want to suggest an improvement I ring their 1800 number and a real person answers straight away....no waiting on hold or automated response. I rang today and they spent 40 minutes helping me with a few questions and listening to my suggestions. A couple of suggestions I made a few weeks ago have already been put into action on their site. Being welcomed to suggest improvements and seeing some of them acted upon makes me feel like I'm an important part of Limbo. Just goes to show that although savvy marketing will bring the people, great customer service will keep them coming back.

Wow really? I don't trust any of those reverse auction/sms quiz type programs. They tend to just rip people off. I'm suprised they answer your calls. Good to know they're not entirely awful.

Wouldnt go near limbo's,had that many spam emails from them that I had a virus on my machine from it.The only ones I trust are Pureprofile,Emailcash4u,Opinion Paid,Your Voice,Valued Opinions,Lightspeed,SurveyVillage.I have Had lots of coles vouchers handed out for surveys which are great for when you need food items.These are the only ones I do for surveys.
