We use Westnet across 5 locations at work and they have been fantastic. The customer service is second to none, no ridiculous wait times when you call like Telstra. Best of all they all speak English! If there is ever an issue with our connection they get right onto it and they seem to have a way with Telstra that other companies don't have so if anything needs to be fixed by Telstra it gets done and quickly.
