Lil's customer service is excellent - a rarity these days - and she provide options for payment for those who don't have credit cards (another breath of fresh air!). She runs a wonderful business with friendly professionalism. She contacted me not only on the same day via e-mail when I had some questions for her about the product, but she kept in constant contact with me via e-mail (my preference). She even phoned me when she thought I may not have received my order! Luckily it was at the post office waiting for me, and someone at work had been tardy in delivering me my note from the post office. Basically it was a wonderful experience to purchase a product through her, and her Customer Service skills are top notch!
