It seems that with every bank I have used I have eventually had some kind of frustration and/or annoyance. I just wanted to say that I have an account with ING for nearly one and a half years now and have found that their staff are fantastic. Despite the fact that they don't have branches, every time I call I do not have to wait a long time and when I speak to an operator, they are able to answer my queries quickly and sensibly.
For anyone looking for a great bank, I have to highly recommend ING.

I have had great service with ING too.
Once I called them and got a person straight away! No voice prompts or queue a real person lol

Ditto here! The times I have had to call them I have never had to wait long, and the customer service people are very helpful!

I can also recommend ING too. I have had accounts with them now for 5 years. They have a great online facility and they never take long to answer my call. Very impressed with it too. Glad others have had similar experiences with them. :)

Their car iinsurance is really good too- not too pricey and I had quick responses every time I have had a question

I would like to second all the comments on here about ING. I have a savings maximiser account and have seen great results in my savings. they have very competitive interest rates and are always running promotions with extra bonus interest. i would recommend them to anyone anyday!!

I have multiple savings accounts with ING and their customer service is outstanding and of course their interest rate with no fees and charges. I was a mortgage broker in a previous life and ING offer wonderful home loan products - especially for first home buyers.

I too have an ING Maximiser Account and love it. So easy to use, open 24 hours a day on the internet!!! Have never needed to phone, as everything I need is on their web site. Thinking they would be good to perhaps transfer my insurances and home loan to them as well, as their rates are ALWAYS more competitive than the Big 4 banks!!!! Shame we need another bank account to operate it, as I would love to have only ING if possible!
