| I have no intention of trying this product, however any real detox is going to going to give you nausea and headaches . The more toxic your system is, the more work the body has to do to eliminate. You're better off saving your money with 'quick fix' detoxes and just add fresh carrot, beetroot and celery juice to your diet each day. It will not only help you detox (if you don't eat chocolate and drink coffee etc straight after), but it will also add nourishment to your body. For weight loss, replace one meal each day, with a refreshing, healthy fresh vege juice. Hope this helps. | | | |

| I've attempted the lemon detox and also the 48hr rapid detox, and yes they are a scam, what has worked for me is the quick start soup diet, there's no starving, you are intaking PLENTY of fruit and vege and having a natural cleanout too, plus the soup is yummy (I add fresh chille to mine as I like spicy food). | | | |

| | someone said on monday it was ok to use - she didn't have any problems with it - was good because it was only two days, manageable. i do think if you have a fatty liver, lots of weight, diabetes, etc it is hard for the body to do a thing like this. 2 days was the only reason she got it as it was the kick start she needed to get the weight off - lost 8 kg now and is happy. | | | |
