My 5 year old son has been pestering me for a fortnight to let him go to the Freddo website and as it's the school holidays and it seemed like it was a great interactive game with no reference to the freddo chocolates, as well as being able to limit how much they are on the website, I thought I would let him, however we are soooo disappointed in it. I registered about a week ago and my son has been counting down to the website opening yesterday. Well it tok us all day yesterday to try to get on to it, when we finally did get on to it, we tried to log into my parents account, however somebody else's children's profiles came up (sorry to Nicoley and Hanhan26 parents if they are reading this). When we finally got on to my sons profile and into the game, it kept freezing up and logging him out of it, without saving his avatar or any progress he has made. Now I have an extremely disappointed son as he really wants to be able to follow the story and participate in the games but I've told him I can't keep trying to get onto the website and logging him in as well as resetting his avatar everytime. For something that seemed to be such a good interactive thing to keep children entertained during the holidays it has really turned out to be a dog. Anyone thinking of registering their children for it, don't bother.

I njust had a go at the website, I found it was fine. I signed up, logged in, done my avatar, signed out, and logged back in and played a game or 2. But..... I don't go much on it at all. It's a tad bit boring for my 4 yr old, so I wouldn't recommend it for children under 8 maybe?

About a week after I made my post, I received an email saying they had had so many people trying to visit that their computer crashed and they needed to get a bigger one. We waited for about a week and a half before they got their new server and my son then was able to log onto it. He did enjoy it and printed off a few of the other activities to do offline. This son is 5 but very advanced, my 3 year old son had no interest in it at all so I would also suggest that it is for 8+ depending on the child.
