Recently we had to buy a new toaster so we went shopping and found a Sunbeam Neo4 for $79. So we bought it home etc. In the morning I went to make toast so started off on lowest setting. About halfway through cooking on the lowest setting the toast was burnt already. hmm faulty toaster so I took it back and swapped it for the same one. Decided I'd better try this one and guess what ... same thing happened. So had to take that one back as well. Ended up buying a totally different brand and the store gave us discount on it. I was totally disappointed as I love Sunbeam products and they are normally the first and only brand I buy. Will not be rushing to buy
them in future.
