DO NOT buy this sugar for making jams. Yes, it works, very well, but it makes the jam taste disgusting. Luckily I only made up 1 kilo of fruit, because I had to throw it all away. It was inedible. Yuk, yuk, yuk!!!

I don't make jam, I'm too lazy. I do like the cottees kids jam with no pips and stuff! There was a few years where it was not available, but I am glad they bought it back
