Still going great there Kymichelle. I've heard that women start to lose less after a few weeks but you just have to still keep at it and not lose heart.
I wondered what you would do when you logged in and saw the cadbury/offspring party one. I daren't mentioned it on here so I kept mum.
By the way, can you do a couple of laps for me please.
Keep up the good work.

I'd love to have the energy to do extra laps Coffeekatz - need a nanna nap after swimming thesedays! The chocolate will be hard to pass u,p but have had none in nearly 6 weeks - and haven't felt like it. I have had the occassional milo when i need a "lift", but really haven't missed chocolate - yet! Could change when i get my parcel! Thanks for the support - it really makes a difference!

Wow Monday's come around quickly! I've lost 900grams this week (despite cookies and cream icecream!) bringing my total to 8kgs in 6 weeks. Only 2 more kgs to reach my first goal of 10 kgs off. It's good having "weigh day" on Monday's as it makes me determined to work harder all week.

You know, its probably been a long 6 weeks to you but boy, the 6 weeks for me has gone really quick. It only seems like the other day that you mentioned about your journey you were going to try.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks LV79 and Coffeekatz! In some ways it has gone quickly, but other weeks seem to drag!
In 5 weeks we are off to sunny Queensland (can you tell I'm over this Tassie Winter?) so hopefully it will go quickly. Now, where can I hide my Cadbury share packs until my party...

Hey Kymichelle, so all the theme parks will be on the gender? Hope the weather will be nice at that time. Today here it was 27*c but tomorrow going back to 23*c which is still nice for up here in Brisbane.

Thanks everyone! REALLY looking forward to the Gold Coast and yes, DreamWorld and White Water world this time around. My scales are playing up this week and told me I'd lost 1 kilo but the second and third time I tried, it was only 300grams so I'll stick with that (and that feels more right). Anyway, 8.3kg total in 7 weeks is OK and i intend to keep going! Thanks for the encouragement!

After a really horrible week, I'm happy to report my 8 week total is now 10 kilos. Wish me luck for the hardest part - the scond 10!

Hi, I found my way on here more by accident than by design, but just had to say what a fantastic job you are doing on your weight loss journey. Your positive and sensible approach seems to be working wonders for you. Good luck with the rest of your journey and enjoy your hoilday.

Thanks Kerin. I seem to be stuck at around 10 kg but hope to get back into the exercise this week and get underway again.

oooooooooooooooh it's getting closer to September now and your awaited holiday. Now, hasn't those weeks flown? Bet your getting extremely excited now plus the kids.
Well thanks to you Kymichelle I also took the same journey and am really happy with what I have lost so far. Only have to lose another 4kgs and then I will be smiling again. (I think the scales have decided to stick on the same kgs at the moment)
AARGHHHHHHHHHH, haven't eaten any chocolate since my cadbury party packs way back on August 3rd. I even have a full block of Cadbury chocolate in the cupboard (unopened). Thankfully the use by date is next year, so it will last a while. (unless hubby spies it).

ooooooooh is wondering how Kymichelle is going on her holiday. I know you would have had some rainy days but hopefully not too many. I guess you only have 1 day left now, must be heading home tomorrow or Friday. Hope you had a great time then.
Can't wait to hear what you did and how the family loved Qld.

Thanks Coffeekatz. We had a great time despite sick kids and coming home sick myself! I had a GREAT time spending my David Jones voucher too and the kids came away VERY happy! Now I just have to get rid of this cold that's still hanging around (and the 2 kilos that "snuck" back on) and I'll be back on track :)
