| | Hi hollymum, I've always received the products for my parties well before the party date - usually the week before. I think they send them out based on when your party is. You can always contact the team the week before your party if you haven't received them. I hope you have a great party - this is a brilliant organisation with fantastic rewards - enjoy! | | | |

There has been a delay in the deliveries, sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully they should arrive to you in the next couple of days.
If you still have not received them please let us know so we can find out what’s happened with your products.
