Just thought I'd add a thread here for anyone who is having difficulty and may need help of how to participate.
Once you've joined take some time to fill out or details and complete the introductory survey. Once you've completed this you are on the way to select some of the programs and parties you may be interested in.
Click the "View programs" to view the current programs

select the program you are interested in, complete the survey or simply apply to join. You will get an email after you have applied letting you know it has been received and a time frame of how long it will take for your application to be reviewed.
Click the "View parties"

There you can also select what parties you are interested in holding and follow the same selection process.
While you are waiting for your application to be processed for programs feel free to browse the site. Take part in Viber TV: http://www.viber.tv/ browse past parties and see what other vibers have to say about some brilliant products and participate in the forum.
Once you've been accepted products can take up to a couple of weeks but once you get your products you can start sharing the vibe with family and friends.
Using your own personal vibe profile you can see what programs you have been accepted for and also upload reports/view your party page or check out other reports other vibers have done. Once you have been accepted all these things open up for you to comment on.
Don't forget to upload your photos/videos and write conversation reports when you have had your party or shared the vibe with other people. Our voice makes a difference and we love to hear what othe people think too.

hi there, i have just joined vibe village prob a week ago, looks so interesting, i have my first party next week, how will they send products to me before than?its next wednesday, thats the latest date it would allow me to take.
i have sent all invites out,and also do you only get freebies if you are a host of a party? is there any other way? thankyou

Hi TammyJ,

I think what your asking is whether you can get samples without having parties? From my experience you can apply for a program or a party. If you participate in a "vibe program" your not required to have a party. If you apply through the "vibe parties" then that's what is required for that particular item. Does that make sense?

Hi guys ive just joined! Ive completed my profile etc but when I click to apply to programs it wont take me to any surveys. it just keeps taking me back to the profile questionnaire again and again which i have already completed! Any ideas?

Hi Chiz. I am one of the creators of Vibe Village. We had a lot of new members join today as a result of an invitation to join a program we are running for Pedigree. We had so many new members arrive at once the survey system couldnt cope. I am not on the technical team but I think this may be the issue. I will forward this to Roger in the I.T team. I would also suggest that you send us an email at: info@vibevillage.com.au that way we will ensure that we fix your issues with the surveys.

im new too, i joined from the email link for pedigree. Im not really sure what is happening yet :) i guess it will all fall into place soon! Just one quick thing i clicked on a survey about toothbrushes and it said i had already completed it which i hadnt.. any ideas on why that may be?

Hi Apal,
Vibe Village is a place where we are looking for people who are willing to try and then share with others about products.
The steps are fairly simple:
1. Join Vibe Village by completing the sign-up survey
2. Apply for a Program or Party that grabs your interest by completing that Program or Party survey
3. We profile your resutls and you are either accepted or not into that Program/Party.
4. If you are accepted you will then have access to your own 'Dashboard'. This is your own personal on-line page where you can post photo's, share information, invite friends (if its a Party that youre in), write reviews, etc,etc.
5. We send you a Vibe Pack. (A pack of stuff that normally includes the product and information materials for you to pass on to your friends).
6. Once you have experienced the product we ask you to share your opinions with your friends. You can do this face to face, email, MMS/SMS, etc. All this (except the face to face conversations can be done from your Dashboard).
7. When you have a conversation with a friend or colleague we ask you to complete 'Conversations Reports' once you have spoken to a friend. This is so that we know when face to face sharing has taken place. Again you can access these from either your Dashboard or Viber Profile pages on Vibe Village.
8.Last at the end of a Program or Party we will send you a survey via email to complete.
Essentially Vibe Village is a Word of Mouth communications concept. What better way to learn about a product than from a friend or colleague that has actually experienced the product in question.
I hope this helps explain the concept for you.
In regards to your issue on the survey that you didnt think you completed by the system says that you have, could you please send us an email at: info@vibevillage.com.au so that we can look into this for you.

Oh Sorry forgot the Agent question. An 'Agent' is simply an individual who has been accepted into a Program (in a Party we call you a 'Host'). Someone who shares the vibe with their friends. A 'representative' or 'agent' for the product in question.

Hi all,I just joined a couple of days ago.I've applied for 4 programs ok,but I went to do the Toothbrush survey which says it's "Open" I click to start and it says I've already completed it when I haven't.Can anyone help me please?

I see your problem. I have checked our database and there is no record of you completing the Tooth Brush survey. I then logged in under your username to test taking this survey and it says you have already taken it. I will get our IT Department to have a look into this for you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, been in vibe for a while, just never did anything because I didn't quite understand it all. I am slowly learning by just doing that Radiant one then the chocolate one. I have only just found the Forum and have been reading everything to learn more. It's been quite helpful for whatever I was looking for, so thanks for all the help in there. lol even worked out one all by myself :-)
Hopefully someone could help me with this ?. I applied to Dr Lewin, have organised my party, my name is on the Wall with my party date and guests.....my dashboard picture says approved. My question though is do I get another email to actually confirm that I am having and receiving the products? I am having it in 12 days and my friends just want confirmation that I am having it. They are just so excited.
