Why do I need to agree to have my details passed on to Cadbury® in order to join the promotion?
This program is different to the usual ones on Vibe Village. The program is being run by Cadbury®and so Cadbury®will need to have your details in order for you to participate. We are simply giving you the opportunity here on Vibe Village to go on to join the Cadbury® program.

How do I join?
Click on ‘Apply Now’ on the application page and take the short survey, and make sure you do so before 11:59pm on 28th March 2010!
When will I hear back regarding my application?
On 29th March we will send you an email letting you know whether or not you have been successfully accepted to go to the next stage of the program.
What do I do once I receive an email from Vibe Village saying I am successful?
If you receive an email saying that you are successful then you will need to follow the instructions in that email on what to do next. The email will also have a link to the Cadbury® Fairtrade website for you to click and go to the next stage and get your team members registered.
Once I receive an email from Vibe Village, does this mean I will receive a pack?
No, not necessarily. Once you have been successfully accepted into the first stage you must be one of the first 880 Vibe Village members to have 4 or more people registered for your team. We would advise you do so quickly so that you don’t miss out!
Why do I create a team?
By creating a team you are helping to share the vibe about Cadbury® going Fairtrade which will help Cocoa farmers and their communities in Ghana.
Also by creating a team you have the opportunity to receive a Cadbury® Fairtrade Pack and the opportunity to receive a huge supply of Fairtrade products (coffee, tea and chocolate).
How do I create a team?
Click on the link in the email we send you (if you are chosen) which with take you to the Cadbury® Fairtrade website. (Your details will have been pre-loaded into the Cadbury®website as you will have given us permission to do this).
The next step is to correctly answer 3 multiple-choice questions about Cadbury® Fairtrade and/or Fairtrade in general (and yes you have as many attempts as you like at getting 3 questions answered correctly!).
The last step is to invite (via email) and get 3 friends to join your team
How do I register my friends for my team?
Once you have answered 3 questions correctly you will then need to send out at least 3 email invitations to your friends from your Team Dashboard to encourage them to join your team.
What if my friends don’t have an email address?
If they are keen to join your team they will need an email address in order to receive the email from you to register, we suggest that they set up an email account if they don’t already have one. There is no manual registration of friends for this program.
What do my friends do once they receive the email to join my team?
Once your friends receive this email they must:
· Click on the link in the invitation
· Join the team by providing their personal details and agreeing to the entry Terms & Conditions
· Answer the 3 multiple choice questions correctly (and yes they can have as many attempts as they like at getting 3 questions answered correctly!)
Who can I invite into my team?
Your team can be made up of your work colleagues, members of your sports club, religious group, mothers group or any group of like - minded people who want to help create a better and brighter future for others.
Can people I haven’t invited join my team?
Yes people you haven’t invited can join your team. But that’s good news for you as they can only help you. The more members you have the more points you can earn. (Only the Team Leader can post photos to the Dashboard.)
Who can post photos to the Team Dashboard?
Only the Team Leader (the person who created the team) can post photos. They can load a maximum of 3 photos.
What do I do once I receive my pack?
Here is the fun part! Host your Cadbury® Fairtrade ultimate chocolate break and enjoy the fabulous products and read through the information provided on Fairtrade! Of course remember to take photos and upload them to build points for your team.
What do I receive in my pack?
Your exciting Cadbury® Fairtrade pack will include plenty of tea, coffee and chocolate to share around:
· Five 200g Cadbury® Dairy Milk® chocolate
· Ten ‘Scarborough Fair Ceylon Black Tea’ individually wrapped tea bags
· Ten ‘Scarborough Fair Fairtrade Organic Biodynamic Green Tea’ individually wrapped tea bags
· One jar of ‘Scarborough Fair Original Blend Fairtrade Organic Granulated Instant Coffee’ 100g
· Four Fairtrade branded posters
· Twenty-four Fairtrade branded leaflets
· Three Fairtrade branded ‘table talkers'
· One ‘Team Leader’ letter
Who will receive a Cadbury® Fairtrade Pack?
The first 880 Vibe Village members to have 4 or more people registered for their team will receive a pack to share.
How can my team be one of the top 10 teams to receive the Fairtrade chocolate, tea and coffee prize at the end of the program?
Your team will need to earn points!
Every time your team members Spread the Joy points are recorded for your team. Team points are built by uploading photos, sending emails to your friends and creating links to your social network sites such as Facebook. All of these ways to Spread the Joy and build your teams points are available on this Dashboard page.

What is the prize for the top 10 teams?
The top ten winning teams win a huge supply of Cadbury® Fairtrade chocolate & Fairtrade tea & coffee, which is:
· 648 x Cadbury® Dairy Milk® chocolate bars 50g
· 9 x ‘Scarborough Fair Ceylon Black Tea’ boxes of 100 teabags
· 52 x ‘Scarborough Fair Original Blend Fairtrade Organic Granulated Instant Coffee’ 100g
Over what period of time do I have to host my event?
You can host your event any time from when you receive your pack until 13th June 2010.
