2.) Who is the Annual Family Pass valid for?
The Annual Family Pass is valid for two (2) adults; and up to and including four (4) children aged between five (5) and fifteen (15) years inclusively.
3.) Where do I download my Annual Family Pass from?
If you are accepted into the Program there will be a link on your Viber Profile Page, where the voucher will be available for immediate download.
4.) Can anyone else use my Annual Family Pass?
No, this Annual Family Pass is only to be used by you, and you will need to provide photo ID upon entry into Sovereign Hill.
5.) What do I need to do to keep the pass active?
Download ‘Offers’ and have friends, family or colleagues visit (either with or without you) at least every 3 months.
6.) Do I use the same print out of my Annual Family Pass every time?
No, you will need to print the Annual Family Pass each time as this will need to be handed over when you enter Sovereign Hill.
7.) Where do I download the ‘Offers’ to give to my friends, family and colleagues?
If you are accepted into the Program there will be a link on your Viber Profile Page, where the discount vouchers will be available as and when they become active through the year.
8.) What happens if I don’t get any friends, family or colleagues to visit on my discount offers?
The Annual Family Pass will be de-activated and no further ‘Offers’ will be supplied.
9.) Do these friends and family need to be the same people each time?
No, we encourage you to share these offers around.
10.) Am I limited to how many people I can give pass on the discount ‘Offers’ to?
No, the more friends, family or colleagues you invite, the better job you are doing as a Solid Gold Agent.
11.) How will Vibe Village know that I have had friends, family or colleagues visit?
Each voucher that your friends family or colleagues use will be handed in at Sovereign Hill .We will get these back. Each voucher will have a unique code that will let us know that the voucher has come from you as an Agent.
