I have never had a problem with Origin Energy, but like everyone else I'm out to save what I can. I changed over to AGL when they promised a huge reduction in electricity costs. I have been with them since November last year and believe it or not I STILL have not received a bill - they tell me they do not have me as a customer - Even them ombudsman hasnt' been able to sort this one out yet. My best friend's power INCREASED by two hundred dollars in the quarter for her first bill so she too has transferred back to the tried and true. Karyn |
