| Hi want to thank vibe village for clearing up an email i recieved and thank them for the professinal manner in which they did it. It has reinsilled my faith in vibe village as a program and i have told all my friends about it now.

| | I too must give the Vibe staff a huge thumbs up. I had trouble with adding guests for my Masterfoods party. Then it said I had resigned from the party! Roger at Vibe was fantastic, and fixed it all up for me. That was my first party for vibe, so I was a little disallusioned about Vibe at first, but now, I just love Vibe. The staff really make you feel like a "person", and not a number like so many do now. Vibe is great. I have joined 2 other people, and 2 others were going to buy the Sunbeam hairdryer. I think thats "cool". | | | |

Each email Ive sent has had such a prompt and friendly, as well as helpful reply! Imagine feeling like a valued customer. Just doesnt happen much these days. | | | |

| Sorry - I have to disagree with all the positivity re vibe staff.... I hosted one of the BBQ parties recently, and my marinade pack didnt arrive in time. I posted requests for info on the Parties Forum, but no response. To this day, still no response as to what happened. Looking at some of the posts, it seems that the Party forums are not well responded to. I wasnt the only one it happened to. | | | |
