| Stayed at the Sofitel in Sydney during the week ... twas def one of the better places I've stayed at ... they even had different types of pillows if you didn't like the ones in the rooms .. eg foam, v etc .. wish I'd know that BEFORE I carted my pillow interstate!
Nothing was too much trouble

| | We are just back from Thailand. Stayed at Andaman Club Resort Phuket. There were 4 different types of pillows in the room. Normal, childrens, European and feather. Never had such a choice before. | | | |

| I know it seems an insignificant thing ... but a pillow you actually like as opposed to 'I can't stand this sodding pillow ... I'm not staying in this hotel one more night' type of pillow makes a difference to my day and if I've paid good money to trot off to some unknown (to me) place I want to feel refreshed to do my daytripping
So again CHEERS to Sofitel in Sydney

| | It's lovely to be able to choose off a "pillow menu" isn't it? | | | |

| I stayed at the Citigate in Melbourne on the weekend, and it was very good!

I stayed in a front facing room on one of the higher levels of the hotel. The room was lovely and clean, with amazingly fantastic views of the Yarra, Flinders St Station from above, and the visa outwards from there. Melbourne is especially beautiful at night!
Service was also top notch, and I really enjoyed my stay.
I'm only sad that the dinner sweets weren't 24/7 - I missed out on some gorgeous sounding things!

| Grand Mercure Resort, Gold Coast, Qld.
We had the best time. We just happened to be down the Coast for the day when my husband decided that we should stay down there and take the kids to Seaworld the next day, I don't know if it was because we hadn't pre-booked or if it was off season but, we got a really good deal. Everything was perfect. Absolutely exquisite. We were given a Honeymoon Suite because we had 3 children with us. There was a bottle of Sparkling on arrival as well as chocolates which went down a treat with the kids(the chocolates, not the wine heh hehehe) Breakfast delivered to us each morning(included in the price) and 24 hour room service. And that was just a few of the things that we experienced....It was pure bliss. Aaaaahhhhh memories.....

| | Choosing from a range of pillows sounds lovely! It can be hard to get a good night sleep when your not in your own bed sometimes | | | |

| | I love that places are starting to offer a range of pillows. I have been very fussy with pillows for my entire life. I find it very hard to sleep without a good pillow. By having that many pillows around you can also prop yourself up nicely to read if you have time to do such a thing on holidays lol | | | |
