| I just got my acceptance email for this - so excited.
However in my email it states that ..
'We realize that you have not been an active member in past Programs however, we value you as a Vibe Village member and would like you to participate in this program. If you are not active in this program we will unfortunately be unable to include you in future programs.'
I have completed every product review and conversation report associated with all the programs I have been involved in and find this a bit unfair. I don't post photos as usually my products are shared within the workplace and can't take a camera inside, or have people who prefer not to have photos taken. However I do everything else asked for the program.
Has anyone else received this in their email? | | | |

Did anyone else, especially in SA get their packs on either the 6th or 7th? I work in the Adelaide CBD so it shouldnt have been that hard to find us unless there has been some sort of a delay and I am yet to be notified? | | | |

| | i never got notified at all when my delivery was supposed to come for a victorian delivery so i rang vibe village today to ask them and she told me there has been a delay on getting it out but i should have it by the end of the week which is tomorrow.... and if not to email the delivery company as they have passed on all the details... | | | |

I live in SA too and I didn't get my pack either. I figured the fact i am a little out of Adelaide (pob 40 mins)It would come on day 2.
Well, I stayed here both days, and nothing.
I have rang Vibe, just waiting on a returned call.....
I will post when i find out.

| I am in Adelaide, 12km north of CBD and I received my pack at 4:55on the 7th. Pack is great - 16 tubs of yogurt, balloons, cooler pack, game board, tasting spoons, posters.
Only thing is that I was really wanting to taste the mango flavor but I only received berry and passion fruit, would love to hear what other people think of the mango if they do get that in their packs. | | | |

| | I ended up ringing Vibe this morning and were told that quite a few people had not received their delivery and so they gave me the details of the courier company. I called the courier and was told that yes someone had come to try and deliver the goods but no-one knew anything about it. We are a big work organisation that have refrigerated packages delivered all the time and so I said to them that I could not beleive that was the case. I then gave them my phone number which they said that they had not provided been provided with. They then told me that all their other delivery jobs for the day had already been assigned to them but they would try to get the package out to me today. I have now run around to every area that they would have had access to the building with bright yellow post it notes saying if anyone from this company comes please ring..... so now its a wait and see. | | | |

| | I'm in Brisbane and was supposed to receive the package yesterday but it hasn't arrived. I'm not overly worried yet, other programs I have been in that have had deliveries that need to be refrigerated have rarely turned up when they were supposed to. They do eventually turn up though. | | | |

this is what i got from the delivery company today not happy.. i have waited around all day for this delivery to be made as i work from home

| Hi Vibers.
Your Bulla 'Australia Goes Fruity' Pack will be delivered throughout the month of October.
You will receive an email a couple of days prior to your delivery letting you know the date that you will receive your yummy pack.
If you were informed this week that you were receiving your pack and have not, we have encountered a few delays in Melbourne and Brisbane due to traffic, we aplogise if this has caused any inconvenience and hope you understand that this is beyond our control. If you do not receive your pack by the end of the day you will be contacted next week to confirm a new delivery date.
