I've been really excited waiting for my parcel & planning my party but now I'm getting worried!
My email said it would arrive Jan 19th so I stayed in all day waiting.
and waiting....
Today is Friday 22nd & still no pack or delivery docket.
My party's not booked until the 6th & it's a mash up of friends/family birthday parties - so there's still time
Does this happen to other people? This is my first party

I received the same email saying that my package was to be delivered on the 19th. Mine actually turned up on Wednesday afternoon - the courier driver said he had quite a few of the same packages to deliver in the area.
My party is also on the 6th.
Sorry probably haven't been much help to you and I'm not sure who or how you contact someone to find out what is going on.

so its not just me!!!
my parcel was to arrive on the 22nd for a party on Sunday ⎤th].....so we will go ahead with the get together....and I will plan something else tho it may not get to as many people now!!!

I still haven't received my parcel or a delivery slip and my party is scheduled for Monday night, the 25th. Unless it comes Monday, I don't know what I'm going to do. I work full time so I won't be home to sign for it so I have a feeling I won't get it until Wednesday.

I am having the same problem. I had a delivery guy from star trak express rock up to deliver the item only to realise he left it at the depot and promised to deliver it the next day. This was last week and he never came back with it! I have no idea what im going to do if it doesn't turn up in time for the party..

i would recommended to you vivenne that you contact vibe village regarding this problem of not recieveing your package

Thanks - tho I suspect a process isn't running smoothly as I've hit the 'contact us' page quite a few times but had no reply; so I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience, or anything similar.

it can take them a few days to get back to you regarding it... i know with the delivery you have to sign for it so they would have record of you not getting it and would also have a tracking number.

Never arrived, never ever! After hearing it was still at warehouse :-(
brought products from Woolworths (as they weren't available at Coles!!) Did bbq with varied lot of ppl.
Submitted conversation reports & brand feedback.
