|  SO NOT HAPPY!
After having my NFM break after the 2nd use, then waiting for a few weeks to get a replacement from Smash, well after less than 2 weeks using the replacement, it has now broken. To say that my husband and I are disappointed is such an understatement. I cant even bother letting Smash and VV know. We are just so glad that we did not spend any money on this.
The funny thing is, I was just about to put an article about the NFM in the preschool newsletter, reaching about 40 families, as the preschool teachers were so impressed with the product, but there is now no way I can recommend this product at all.
Although I love the concept, the product's durability is nowhere near up to scratch.

| | Smash and V V have been fantastic with this. Smash advised me that they are aware of the problem and are fixing it. I received a replacement and a bonus so it is well worth letting them know. I am still recommending them as they are the best I've found. I just make sure I let anyone know that if they do have a problem, to ring the freecall number at Smash and they will very quickly get a replacement. | | | |

It is actually the replacement that has just broken, therefore we have gone through 2 NFM in 10 uses so the problems dont seem to be fixed. At this stage no matter what Smash offers us, I just cannot recommend it to anyone and am not willing to attempt to use another one. | | | |

| im too scared to use our replacement now.
They said they would be making the latches stronger, and they 'would not break' (so the receptionist at SMASH said) . . . . apparently they had not fixed it yet.
Has anyone else had problems with the 'You-Beaut-Non-Breakable' replacement??
I've used the cylinder ones, and i dont have a problem with them, they are awesome. | | | |
