| | As a new Viber I just have a question about what happens when a program I have applied for, but was not successful in being selected, closes, why does my application for that program still say "awaiting approval". As this is the first program I applied for but was not successful in being selected for, I don't know what normally happens but will that program be removed? or will my apllication status change to "not approved" or something similar? And why are we not told that we haven't been selected before the program is "closed"? | | | |

| Just reiterrating what the others have said - it's hard when people post that they've been accepted and your status is still 'awaiting approval' - I know people get acceptance emails over several days, but would be nice to either get a 'not accepted' email, or for the status to change on your profile, so we know that we can wipe that particular program off our 'oh I hope I get it' list

| Hi guys,
When we do our approvals and rejections for a program we approve all the members who have gotten in before rejecting anyone so that we can get the program under way as fast as possible. As I'm sure you'll understand, we get so many vibers applying for programs that it can take a while to let everyone know how they've gone! We apologise for the long wait that this can sometimes mean, we're looking in to ways to speed up the process!
