I was wondering if you're supposed to submit one report or a separate report for each discussion? For example I had 2 different discussions about the skins today, one with my young mum's group and one with my partner and his dad, so I submitted 2 reports, did I do the right thing?

I think it should be every time you have a discussion, then you make a separate report.
