My party is also on the 6th. I am getting so excited it will be a bit dissapointing if I can't go ahead with it on Saturday but if the gear hasn't arrived most of my guests can make it on a weeknight. The rest of my weekends are booked out until next year so we just won't be able to party as late lol. Gosh I'm hungry now.

I received my pack yesterday oh what a pleasant surprise. The cook book is fantastic some great recipes. My husbands bday is the 20th and my daughters 1st birthday is the 16th. I will be throwing a joint surprise bbq bday party. Mmmm cant wait those marinades look so yummy. A Big THANKYOU to vibe village and masterfoods!

Yippee! My package arrived yesterday and I was really impressed. The marinades look rich, delicious and easy to use and I absolutely agree with everyone else - the cook book is superb! Glossy pictures and easy to follow instructions - I cant wait to use it. The wine is already in the fridge, chilling for the party day. Lucky as its going to be 43' today - in the shade!

Hi all. Glad others are receiving their parcels. You must try making the seafood paella from the cookbook. It is extremely easy, and very tasty. Although, I did add some cracked pepper and a dash of curry powder. Next time I will also add a bit of chilli powder.- just for a bit of oomph. Oh, for the 2 cups of rice, I actually needed 6 cups of stock. It makes heaps! Next time I will only make 1 to 1& 1/2 cups of rice. The 2 cups of rice would feed 6 to 8 adults easily - big portions.
