| I think the point stable was trying to make was: 'just be patient - we're lucky to be getting freebies at all'. I don't think he/she was trying to be disrespectful or rude.
If there is a problem with delivery, contact Vibe (as you did) and they'll sort it out (which they have)... and everyone is happy now, right? :)

| | I was called on Sat 16th and was told the courier would deliver my package on Monday. The courier had not arrived by 4:30pm Monday so I gave Vibe Village a call and they let me know that the courier is running late. I thought maybe they would arrive later that night or possibly the next day, but nothing. Waited a few days then Vibe village call me to ask if the package had arrived yet - No!! They then tell me that they are having problems with the courier company and have given them a stern word!! I was then told I would receive my package on Monday (today) and yet again, no courier!!!! Not a good vibe at all, especially as this is my first party. I receieved the DVD by post mid last week but am worried I will not get the pizzas on time for my party on Saturday :-( | | | |

Please be assured that we are a professional organisation and would never knowingly deliver this level of service to our valued Vibe Village members. We have had NUMEROUS issues with the contracted courier company and we are doing everything possible to make these deliveries happen. | | I haven't received my delivery either. I was told it would be Friday 22nd between 0900 and 1300. I called at 1500 and was told they were running late and it would be delivered, but it is now Monday night at 2100 and I still haven't received anything. I guess my party tomorrow night will be McCainless. | | | |

| Was suppose to come again on Monday but ddin't yurn up, My party was suppose to be on Monday guess what? My party couldn't go a head. I have emailed Vibe and am waiting a reply.
There was no time given for yesterday so l had to wait here all day minus pick up time for my sons bus around the corner and a note on the door with the number to call me if they came while l was there.
Do you know something? I hate waiting LOL. | |

| | Hey I think it has gone out the window here.I didnt say that my delivery hasnt come,I said that it came on the day that vibe rang up and said it will be delivered on tues which it did come at 10.30 on that day,And DVD came on the wednesday.So it sounds like someone has made a mistake thinking mine didnt come when in fact it did,and Im sorry vibe got caught in this.So I'll say to sorry vibe for putting the message in the wrong box.All I said was just everyone be patient waiting for their packages out.The poor couriers have to deliver out to everyone that is on the list. | | | |
