Yeah, you could add before and after photos to your reports too.

spot on snoopy!

Lol I just realised the pun in that comment I made lolz.

But yes, we could definately do before and after shots, excellent idea. From what I have read in forums previously regardsing slimming shakes for an example, some say tastes awful depending on company, some say tastes great but not doing much in weightloss.

I think this is well worth Vibe searching companies in this market. Imagine the results from our feedback in regards to helping the company reach its marketing goal with this?

thumbs up!

This would be fantastic! Then we could all spread the word about the one product that REALLY does work!

Healthy eating program and exercise, with a diary of results would be better

I'm with you joannef. I have seen too many people fail at weight loss with those shakes.

Trail would be sucess, but it's one or two months after it all piles back on, if you discontinue. Need something that incorporates exercise and diet. Sadly there is no quick fix, it takes work.

it would be nice to trial something that kicks you off in the right direction - if i don't see results quickly i give up... if i could see the weight coming off quick at first i'd stick at it better but i don't like shakes i never felt full - i think i just like to eat my meals
would be good if we could all support each other with it too!

Anybody try the acai berry diet? Does it work?

I had lite n easy for a few months. It was awful. Everything tasted like cardboard and it was expensive.

I think this is an awesome idea! If we could do an extended trial, say 3 months with the obligation to report again at 6, 9, and 12 months from the start date, it could be quite interesting. Problem will be in getting a company to support the trial over a decent time frame!

i agree with missree, i have been overwieght all my adult life and its so expensinve to be doing trail and error with twokids as well who has the time and effort to try everything, but this owudl be great even for the company who takes this on to see ongoing reports as you said for maybe 12 months i think there will be so many people who want to do this.
