| | My kids are 9 and 10 and I thought it would be a few years before we would need to worry about deodorant but unfortunately that's not the case! There is nothing on the market for kids and there should be! Would love to try some of the natural and non-aluminium types as they are all I would use for kids so young. Does anyone else have any suggestions for me??? | | | |

| | Hmmm . . . well i have heard that kids can 'powder' themselves with baking powder, and that keeps them fresh and dry, but i havent tried it myself. Although if it does work, then that is totally non-harming and good on sensitive skin. | | | |

| | Good ideas thank. Have also heard witch hazel is good and I already use that as a toner so have some in the house. Mum gave them a bar of "Palmolive Gold" soap ( a deodorant soap)- don't know if you remember the old ad's - "Don't wait to be told - you need Palmolive Gold!" Will see how these ideas go but think they should put out a natural, aluminium free roll on for kids, especially as they all seem to be reaching puberty SO early (scary really)! | | | |

| | I agree that someone should make a roll on deodorant for younger children. There are some sprays out there marketed for younger ones, however, they are merely a fragrance, and not actually any good for deodorizing or anti perspirant etc. Hopefully they will have something good out for when my kids are older! | | | |

| Found some natural deodorant today at Coles its aluminium free, put out by Integria Health Care, is Aussie made and has " tea tree oil and herbal extracts to create safe and effective underarm hygiene " - let's hope it works!
Will get the kids to give it a go - hey maybe it will keep the head lice at bay too!!! | | | |
