Even the products advertised as for 'sensitive' skin or areas seem to numb - which is annoying.
Having reached the age (and no I'm not telling) where hair on my top lip (gross yuck eww and so on) is driving me nuts, I have tried just about all the 'sensitive' skin hair removal products, only to find my top lip is tingly and numb for several days afterwards.
I hate hair (except on my head lol) soooo much, that if I could find a product that was excellent, I think I would BATHE in it 
Any suggestions?
