It would be great to try new Gluten Free foods. Especially easy and quick products to take out, or cook quickly.

I agree with this as we often stick to the same foods as they are so expensive and do not want to end up wasting money on a tight family budget

In the past four years three peopel I know have discovered they need a gluten free diet and I have another friend who also requires this. It would be great to know about gluten free products to use when entertaining as options seem fairly limited.

Yeah, add me to the Gluten Free wish list, I'd particularly like to find out members who don't have allergies and who can compare to 'normal' foodstuffs. So, Please do!!
