I've been a smoker since I was 13 (really bad I know) but I'd like to give up smoking. The problem is I know I'll need some kind of nicotine replacement (gum, patches etc) but I don't know if any of really work. It would be FANTASIC if we could try out some of the different types available on the market and find out which ones truthfully work.
