ok, it seems that i am the only one that really doesn't like the idea of this...

Please don't attack me by saying that I am just another consumer that doesn't care about the environment, but it seems so medieval to me. I enjoy the ease of being able to dispose of my disposables and not have to risk mess.

I have no objections to it being in Australia though, I have no idea why it isn't. I just know that I would never use it.

lemc, I'm so with you on this.

I just can't get my head around why I would use this product. It may just be the ick factor tho :) I imagine it to be similar to a diaphragm, but quite a pain to insert and remove 'during that time'...

Are there any issues with leakage?

I read about these years ago. Apparently due to the suction effect it can actually shorten your period YAY haha. My concern would be how the hell do I wash it in a public place?
