kylie i found a web site called stickk and you set your goals and if you don't meet them you promise to give a donation to a non profit. i thought it would be good to record all sorts of goals - business, study, weight loss, etc on it. they don't charge your cc until you miss a goal and if you meet it you dont get charged - good motivation to me. yes it is an american site. i have a friend who is putting her weight loss journey on fb and i think that is very brave given the comments you can get back from it. please be careful with what you put out there, especially any photos. good luck and if you want any help, vitamins, supplements, programs i can help you as we have a great range of products. i have found that for me over the last 6 months more fresh food has helped me lose nearly 10 kg. good luck.
