| Received card in mail. didn't activate first night due to issues I was told. Tried next day and worked fine, went to Coles, girl knew exactly what to do, I bought two packs. The kids love them especially during this warm weather. | | | |

| Hi vibers We just wanted to reconfirm the Splits Debit card activation process with you.
To activate your card you need to refer to the instructions on the back of the card.
Simply SMS the last 8 digits of the card number to the following number 0427 009720.
You will receive a text message confirming your card activation has been successful. This could take at least two working days.
To redeem the money take this card to any participating retailer as listed on the top section on the back of the card. Swipe the card through the EFTPOS machine, enter the product purchase value, select ‘SAVINGS’ and enter the 4 digit PIN shown at the top of the back of the card.

| Splits Debit Card - activation interruption
We would like to advise that there may be a delay to the activation of the Splits Debit card as the service is temporarily affected by the flooding in Brisbane. When power is reconnected you will receive confirmation of funds available on your card. This only effects cards awaiting activation and not those that have already received a activation confirmation via SMS. We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience at this time.
