Subject: Closing dates for programs and parties

I've noticed a lot of posts asking why people cannot see the apply now button for some of the programs and parties. If you go to the very bottom of the particular program or party page, close to the left hand corner is usually a terms and conditions link. If you click on this, and read through the T&C's, it will tell you when the application surveys are due or when it closed. I've also noticed that the majority of people who are asking these questions are actually asking at least 1-2 weeks after the closing date, which would explain why they cant find the button.
