And I am actually nervous! It will certainly be an interesting task, and what better way to get started than by discussing how well we all poo before and after??? Was just wondering if anyone else had started yet? Ree

I've been doing this for about a week now, my daughter has been too. I can say it definently works. I love the stuff and will be buying it

have been accepted and am looking forward to trying this. I am on a high protein, no carb diet at the moment and obviously not getting enough fibre. Have had to resort to prunes, but still not enough. Bring it on!

I have finished my 2 week challenge and noticed a big difference within the last week being able to "go" more regularly as I have always had problems. I will definately be buying more of this! You get an 80g container which has enough for 23 servings and it really doesn't have any taste (maybe a little in water) but I added to my morning coffee - you just have to make sure it is stirred properly too but definately worth it!!
