Just a thought, it would be nice if there were some little expressive icons on the side that we could add to our posts. Not sure if that would be possible though, but it might help some people to get their point across.

So true snoopy, when reading many things can be taken several ways. I have always added smilies to my writings to show how it is meant to be taken. :)

isn't it lovely how we make suggestions on this website and things get done. I have just read this old topic and realised that just over a month later and they have listened and tried to do as best they can to complete this. i love that about this site. it is just like a baby and things that WE say are taken and used. it makes you feel like in some way you are helping to make this website grow, which i guess is why we are so proud to tell all our friends and family about it. i know this might sound really silly, but i was wondering if you had thought about making stickers for car bumpers or something that us agents could put on our cars to get the website out there? i would love to advertise the site although again the more you get it out there the more you have to fight other people to get accepted to try products.
