| I havent received my Masterfood Party package in the mail yet. Im scheduled to have my dinner party on Monday. SO that leaves only tomorrow (Friday) and Monday for the package to arrive.
Anyone else doing the Masterfoods party???? Have you got your package?
Im wondering if I need to re-schedule my dinner in case the products dont come by monday.

| | Mine Arrived today, I would wait and see if it arrives tomorrow before rescheduling it. Even if it arrives Monday you would need to do some shopping for the additives needed to make the recipe base complete, so by making it Later you give your parcel a few more days to arrive and for you to buy those extra ingredients. | | i am due to get my package this week sometime and i can't wait.i have yet to receive it was told that i would get my package by the 25th or something but have not got it yet. but i still have a few days before my party so hopefully it turns up in time otherwise i will will have to move my party to another day no big deal for me. my sister-in-law got her mccain package and was thrilled with it. can't wait for my party on friday. | | | |

| ARGH!!! Spewing! My package didnt arrive today! Have had to cancel my party tonight and reschedule. Annoyed as heck!
I was told my package would be arriving by the 18th...and its now the 25th. Bummer!
Who do I ask to find out when my package will arrive?
I cant really rebook the dinner till I know when its coming.

they are from what I have found very helpful and really want to make sure you get your goods. So give them a call /email (or both) and they will get straight onto it during business hours :)

| I heard from VV last night via email. They dont know whats going on with the deliveries. They said they sent the packages last week. Yet 11 people so far from adelaide havent received their packages. Dodgy couriers maybe..... Not good for their business is it.
Hopefully the courier they used gets a blasting and maybe they can use someone with a better reputation. Negativity like this can hurt VV business I think.
Keeping my fingers crossed that i get my packages still. Otherwise Im just going to go out and buy the Masterfoods products myself from the supermarket and do my dinner anyway. Im embarassed personally because Ive had to reschedule my guests dinner.

| YAY good for you Vroomvikki I told you it was worth the wait.
And yeah for those that don't read the forums or keep upto date with what it going on, they will get a negative image falsely of VV but I am sure all of us in the forums realise it isnt VV's fault and they are as uspet as we are that packages arent getting through. So it will balance out :)
I am so happy that you got your package and are pleased with it. I hope everything with Janecody and the others works out as well. Have fun with your party, lets hope next time the couriers do their job properly to save on a lot of hassle for people :) | | | |

| | yeh had a great party!! wonderfull lot of different bases and all were absolutly wonderfull ..had to go to the shop and buy some more as i eneded up with a few extra to feed but all went home with full tummies!!! yummy night well done masterfoods will be using again and passing on the good word!!!!! thanks | | | |
